Free

North Carolina PCC members are encouraged to join this meeting to hear the Postal Customer Council Advisory Committee (PCCAC) host an insightful review of the January 2026 Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) meeting.

The PCCAC will present a concise, high-level overview of the key information shared at MTAC, ensuring our PCC stakeholders remain informed and up to date on the latest developments and insights. This summary will cover Postal Service updates, technical advancements, and industry trends that may impact your business. It's a valuable opportunity to gain essential knowledge and make informed decisions based on the latest news from MTAC.

MTAC serves as a platform for the Postal Service to share technical information with business mailers and seek their input and recommendations on mailing and package services. The primary goal is to enhance customer value and promote the utilization of these services for the benefit of both industry stakeholders and the Postal Service.

The PCCAC plays a crucial role for local PCCs as an oversight body, offering guidance on best practices and fostering collaboration among PCCs to achieve common goals and objectives.
